Yoga Teacher
Meg Ryan
We live in such a fast paced world, and for a lot of us we are living in a state of disconnection from our bodies, our breath & in turn our life. For me, the practise of yoga supports us in returning home to ourselves, by re-establishing our
relationship with our body, mind & our breath. Just over 4 years ago I began the practise of yoga, and it was through the support of the practise I re-established my relationship with myself during a time I felt completely disconnected & dysregulated in both my body and mind. My classes are an invitation to slow down, re-establish your relationship between your body, mind & breath, to develop a deep sense of presence and inner listening in your body and feel a deeper sense of connection to yourself.
Yoga Teacher
Catherine Pampallis
Catherine is a Yoga Teacher and Embodiment Facilitator in Sydney. She found yoga while working at an advertising agency in Bristol, UK. She was extremely burnt out and in search of more meaning in her life. Yoga gave her the space to connect to her body in a more loving and intimate way. It also led her to discovering the breath as a powerful tool for self healing and nervous system support. This then brought her down the path of embodiment and her curious exploration into what it takes to really feel good in one’s own skin. She started teaching Vinyasa Yoga, Pranayama and Yin professionally in 2020/21 and has been coaching 1-1 Embodiment sessions since early 2022. More recently she has trained in Strala Yoga which incorporates principles from Tai Chi and Qi Gong. Her classes focus on meeting the students where they are, encouraging them to slow down and connect to the body from a place of ease.
